IROCK Mobile Impact Crusher Can Increase Bottom Line

The TC-20 track horizontal shaft impact (HSI) crusher from IROCK has the largest hopper in its class and is built for big loads and even bigger production, the company stated. IROCK’s TC-20 mobile unit produces a uniform, cubical product that will increase your bottom line.

A 15-cu.-yd. fixed Hardox hopper is paired with a 52-in. x 16-ft. vibrating grizzly feeder with a larger impact crusher inlet for increased production rates. The TC-20’s feeder is the longest among tracked crushers and allows operators to feed material with a large wheel loader.

The standard ROCK BOX reduces wear on the discharge point by forming crushed material into a natural rock shelf to serve as a liner.

A 48-in.-wide discharge conveyor can stockpile up to a maximum height of 10 ft., 11 in. Operators can hydraulically lower or raise the conveyor to feed stockpiling conveyors and make maintenance easier.

A standard wireless remote control offers standard full-plant functions and two-speed tracking for easy maneuverability around a job site or onto a trailer.
