Calling All Women in Aggregates

March 15, 2024 – Women in Aggregates (WIA) invites you to an important panel discussion at AGG1, the premier aggregates event in North America. Mark your calendars for Monday, March 25 from 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM CST and be part of the conversation shaping the future of women in this dynamic industry. Attendees can add the panel to their show planner here and must pre-register.

Women in Aggregates – formed by SEMCO Publishing, parent company of Rock Products magazine – provides a supportive space for women to tackle the unique challenges and opportunities in this traditionally male-dominated industry. Its goal is to create a platform where women of all positions – from quarry workers to executives – can build connections, develop leadership skills, and advocate for the aggregates industry. By empowering women and providing them with resources, we hope to encourage more women to consider a career in the aggregates industry.

The interactive “Finding the Next Generation of Women in the Aggregates Industry” panel will feature leaders sharing their own experiences, as well as tips on how to recruit and retain the next generation of women in the aggregates industry. You can register now.
