SRM Concrete has acquired the assets of R.W. Sidley Inc. a ready-mix concrete supplier based out of Painesville, Ohio. This acquisition includes 11 ready-mix plants, one block plant and two aggregate docks.
CEO Jeff Hollingshead stated, “We are excited to bring the Sidley team onboard here at SRM Concrete. We look forward to strengthening our customer service capabilities in the Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania markets with our new team of experienced operators.”
SRM Concrete also acquired a ready-mix asset of Elyria Concrete Inc., a ready-mix plant operation located in Castalia, Ohio. This acquisition will help strengthen SRM’s service capabilities in the Sandusky Ohio region.
