Mellott Company has named Rich Blake as its chief executive officer. Blake assumes the title of CEO in addition to his role as company president. The previous CEO, Paul C. Mellott Jr., will continue to serve as chairman of the board of Mellott Company. Blake joined Mellott Company in September 2008 and has many years of global experience in the crushing and screening business. Under his leadership, Mellott Company has expanded its domestic and international footprints for company products and services. Blake’s long-standing relationships with aggregate producers and related businesses have generated new customer and supplier opportunities for both Contract Crushing and Distribution. He has also been instrumental in the promotion of the Mellott Company brand and in the establishment of several new business lines, such as: Component Exchange; Replacement and Alternative Parts, and; CrushersPlus by Mellott.
