Volvo CE will be showcasing more than 17 innovative products, including a new generation of E-Series excavators, G-Series articulated haulers and H-Series wheel loaders. These new machine ranges not only meet the strict requirements of the new Tier 4 Final/Stage IV emissions legislations, but also improve productivity, efficiency and serviceability. Volvo CE will also be exhibiting the latest ranges of backhoe loaders, motor graders and skid- and tracked-steer loaders in what constitutes a complete renewal of the company’s core product offering. The latest Tier 4 Final/Stage IV engine technology will take center at the North Hall both. Visitors will discover how the new engines are not only cleaner than the models they replace, but in most cases also more powerful and energy efficient.

The Mobile Hydro-Clean washing system will be on display. Like the original Hydro-Clean, the portable unit effectively cleans deleterious material from aggregate, recycled and other minerals. The results are cleaner products with higher selling value and profits from material that was previously considered waste. In the process, the Hydro-Clean uses up to 75 percent less water than traditional washers and 15 percent less energy, notes the company. The unit comprises a vertical drum-shaped washing container with a feed hopper at its entry and a conveyor belt at its discharge. The washing chamber contains a rotating washing head with several water nozzles mounted on the top of the chamber. It also features polyurethane panels that line the washing chamber.
