Mellott Company, the East Coast’s largest service provider to the aggregate industry and the largest Metso distributor in North America, now features the Replacement Parts and Component Exchange (CXP) program. It was officially introduced at this year’s ConExpo-Con/Agg show.
Years of experience in all aspects of the aggregate industry led Mellott Company to develop high-quality replacement parts for its own equipment, paving the way for these programs. “This has been a natural evolution for us,” said Richard Blake, the company’s president. “We are in a unique position to provide high-quality replacement parts and components at a competitive price.”
Mellott’s CXP Program expedites repairs of complete assemblies for all major crusher models by allowing customers to exchange their component rather than losing valuable uptime waiting on a repair. The program also offers a credit on repairable assembly cores. All Mellott Company CXP components and assemblies are rebuilt to meet factory specifications, and come with a promise of consistency and quality.
“Mellott Company has always been known for reliability and good old-fashioned integrity,” said Blake. “The Mellott brand comes with a promise. A promise we take very seriously.”
This announcement follows Mellott Company’s previously-launched Certified Rebuild Program and Used Equipment Business in response to demand for more flexible and affordable equipment solutions – now providing used equipment at a substantial savings. While known for selling high-quality new equipment, Mellott Company now offers customers a choice of rebuilt or factory re-certified stone-crushing equipment, such as jaw crushers, cone crushers, and screening machines, with perks like trade-in options, and in some cases, limited warranties.
A family-owned company founded in 1927, Mellott Company provides national and international new parts and equipment sales, contract crushing services, equipment rental, environmental, wear protection and screen media services, systems design and engineering, replacement parts, component exchange and used or certified rebuilt equipment to the aggregate and construction industry.
