Silvi Concrete, a division of Silvi Materials headquartered in Fairless Hills, Pa., announced the acquisition of all the assets of L&L Redi Mix Concrete, headquartered in Southampton, N.J. The acquisition consists of six New Jersey-based concrete plants located in Southampton, Woodbury, Voorhees, Cinnaminson, Kingston and Clayton, along with a concrete recycling facility and a masonry supply yard.
