Sunroc Corp., a subsidiary of Clyde Companies Inc., has acquired Idaho Falls-based DePatco, Inc. The acquisition of DePatco’s assets will facilitate a strategic expansion into eastern Idaho for Sunroc, increasing its geographic footprint and product offering.
