Canadian aggregate-exploration-and-development company Highbank Resources Ltd., said that a crew at its Swamp Point North (SPN) quarry project recently returned to the site and is actively clearing snow, upgrading and maintaining roads, and logging/clearing further quarry area for stockpiles.
