Mendota Heights, Minn.-based TCC Materials announced the consolidation of wholly owned subsidiaries Amcon Concrete Products LLC and Borgert Products LLC to TCC Materials, reflecting its expanded presence and offerings in the specialty packaging, masonry and hardscaping industries.
TCC Materials will be organized into four divisions: Standard Products Packaging, Specialty & Chemicals Packaging, Masonry, and Hardscapes & Precast.
“Founded in 1957, TCC Materials has grown significantly through numerous expansions and acquisitions to enhance our offerings in the Building Materials markets we serve,” said Brian DiGrado, senior vice president and general manager of TCC Materials. “This consolidation will improve efficiency, simplify management, and enhance overall business performance.”
A manufacturer of prepackaged and spec-blended cementitious products, TCC Materials operates more than 30 facilities in 10 states. The company offers a wide range of products covering prepackaged concrete, mortars, grouts, concrete repair, restoration, spec-blended construction products, masonry, hardscapes and precast.

Hardscaping brands include VERSA-LOK, Borgert, Willow Creek, LedgeRock and NorthRock. Masonry brands include Amcon, Novabrik, Spec-Brik, Spec-Thermal and Spectra Glaze.
