C&W DustTech, which offers dust collection systems for heavy industries such as concrete, minerals and mining, has been recognized as a 2024 Dallas 100 winner. This award honors the fastest-growing private companies in North Texas for their growth over a three-year timeframe.
Among this year’s recipients, C&W DustTech is one of only four industrial manufacturing companies recognized, underscoring the company’s exceptional growth, adaptability and nearly five decades of leadership in dust collection technologies.
“Being named to the Dallas 100 is an incredible achievement that highlights the strength of our culture, the grit and determination of our team, and our dedication to delivering value to our customers while making a positive impact in our community. To be recognized in such a competitive and vibrant business community is truly humbling,” said Bill Werra, president of C&W DustTech. “Growing rapidly as a nearly 50-year-old company is no small feat and reflects the resilience, hard work and commitment of our team.”
According to Steve Duncan, chief operating officer and general manager, “Over recent years, we’ve taken steps to modernize our operation and invest in advanced manufacturing technologies to create a workplace where our team can truly thrive. This has built a solid foundation that allows us to leverage our expertise to further penetrate adjacent markets, like mining, that hold significant growth opportunities.”
Echoing these sentiments, Chief Financial Officer Jeremy Rote added, “This recognition serves as a testament to the strength and resilience of our team. It marks an exciting milestone for C&W – reinforcing our strategic vision for growth and inspiring us to continue pushing the boundaries of what we can achieve together.”
The Dallas 100, presented by the SMU Cox School of Business, acknowledges companies that have demonstrated resilience, vision, and a capacity for sustained growth, celebrating the economic contributions and job creation driven by privately held companies in the Dallas area. C&W DustTech joined other distinguished companies at a Nov. 12 award gala, celebrating contributions to the region’s economy.
