Peckham Industries Inc. acquired E. Tetz & Sons Inc. and its subsidiary, Tetz Asphalt LLC. Located in Middletown, N.Y., Tetz is a leading aggregate, ready-mix concrete, and hot-mix asphalt producer in Orange County NY.
The Tetz operations, leadership and more than 130 dedicated employees will provide Peckham with expanding opportunities in this fast-growing region. Northern Edge Advisors served as the exclusive financial advisor to the Tetz Family for this transaction.

Tetz is one of the leading construction materials producers in lower New York, with multiple mining operations and a state-of-the-art facility at the intersection of I-84 & Route 17, in the heart of Orange County, N.Y. This location includes a 400 tph drum plant and a newly constructed, high-production, fully enclosed ready-mix concrete plant.
