NSSGA Launches Redesigned Website

The National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA) launched a newly redesigned and modernized website: NSSGA.org. The launch culminates an 18-month process to evaluate the content needs of its members, stakeholders and policymaker audiences, and to create a site that meets those objectives.

“This website is a big step forward for our organization,” said NSSGA President and CEO Michael Johnson.  “As the pandemic clearly demonstrated over the last 17 months, we need to be able to meet our members’ needs and deliver value in more diverse ways than ever before. From advocacy to education and everything in between, we have to be able to bring the association to our members, policy makers and the public – wherever they may be. This new website will give our members the opportunity to be fully engaged with their federal trade association in whatever way works best for them; help them be their own best advocates; and tell our industry’s outstanding story of safety, responsibility and value clearly and effectively.”

The new site focuses on five major areas to communicate who NSSGA is and represents; the industry’s advocacy priorities; research and data resources; the multitude of ways members can and do engage in; and the valuable meetings and events NSSGA manages. NSSGA represents the interests of its members, and that continues through the site with information made available through the Members section as an exclusive benefit for its members’ dues dollars.

“It is an exciting day to see this project become a reality. Our goal was to develop a website that is a living representation of our members and our industry,” said NSSGA Vice President, Communications Chuck Fuqua. “The new NSSGA.org is a streamlined and intuitive resource to represent the valuable work being done with and on behalf of our members. Aggregates play an important part in all our lives and our members deserve a website that showcases the value our industry brings to communities across the country.”

NSSGA contracted with Boldr Strategic Consulting to undergo the planning and execution of the website redesign.
