NSSGA’s Johnson Weighs In

Nov. 10, 2020 – National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA) President and CEO Michael Johnson issued the following statement on the outcome of the 2020 elections: “NSSGA commends a record number of citizens for exercising their right to vote and congratulates the winners of this historic election. The strength of ROCKPAC and the active engagement of our members in the political process served to position NSSGA well to continue to advocate for the aggregates industry regardless of the results of the election. We look forward to working with the Biden Administration and the 117th Congress. We are excited about the potential for infrastructure investment. We will be encouraging President-elect Biden to bring stakeholders to the table to finally realize meaningful infrastructure funding. We will also continue to fight for reasonable regulation based upon sound science.”
