Here Comes AGG1

The Industry’s Biggest Show of the Year Comes to Indianapolis Feb. 12-14.

It’s almost time once again for the AGG1 Academy & Expo, the aggregates industry’s biggest show of 2019. The show will be held Feb. 12-14 at the Indianapolis Convention Center.

AGG1 will feature in-depth industry-focused educational programming and comprehensive exhibits that showcase the latest technologies and innovations in aggregates-related equipment, products and services.

The event is co-located with the National Stone, Sand and Gravel Association (NSSGA) Annual Convention and World of Asphalt Show & Conference.

The 2019 AGG1 Academy & Expo is the best opportunity you’ll have all year to experience the latest equipment and technology, learn from leading industry experts, and network with thousands of your industry peers: all in one place, all at one time.

The show is geared to the decision-makers and buyers from the companies that produce the vast majority of crushed stone, sand and gravel in the marketplace, including company owners, senior managers, plant managers, superintendents, regional managers, engineers, technical professionals and safety managers.

“It has been exciting to see the growth of our AGG1 Academy & Expo over the past few years, and we are on track for our largest one ever in Indianapolis,” said NSSGA President and CEO Michael W. Johnson. “This event is a great opportunity to see the latest equipment and technology that allows us to produce aggregates more safely and efficiently than ever before. We are expecting more than 200 aggregates-focused exhibitors and 60 educational sessions, so that people can improve their own skills and knowledge.

“Combine the AGG1 Academy and Expo with our Annual Convention, and these events continue to be an ideal time for our association to come together as whole to learn about and address issues facing the industry,” Johnson said. “We are going to feature truly compelling speakers at the Annual Convention to jumpstart those discussions. I’m excited for Forbes publisher and futurist Rich Karlgaard to join us and discuss tackling our aging workforce, attracting new and younger people to the industry. We will also have Gigaom CEO and Publisher Byron Reese on hand to dive into the implications of emerging technologies and their impacts on business, media and society.”

THE EXPO

Leading aggregates and asphalt equipment suppliers will demonstrate tools, technologies, and techniques that will help drive down costs and increase efficiency. It’s an unprecedented opportunity for you to experience all that is new in technology and equipment under one roof.
