Fairbanks Scales Inc., the oldest scale company in the U.S., announced that Allentown, Pa.-based Gerhart has been named one of Fairbanks’ Top Five Authorized Domestic Distributors for the second year in a row.
Gerhart has been a Fairbanks Scales authorized distributor since it was established in 1929. The company delivers turnkey installation, repair, maintenance, certification and calibration solutions for weighing systems from 200-ton rail scales to 2-gram ultra-micro-balances. Additionally, Gerhart has expanded over the decades to provide process automation, material handling systems, gas technology equipment and metrology lab services across the Mid-Atlantic and New England region.
