CDE Global and Resolve Aggregates are hosting a demonstration event at Resolve Aggregates’ site in Ravenna, Texas, on June 27. The Resolve Aggregates Open Day will provide visitors with a unique opportunity to see the latest wet processing technologies implemented by CDE.
As well as improving the material that Resolve Aggregates produces, the CDE equipment – M4500 modular wash plant, AggMax portable logwasher, Counter Flow Classification Unit (CFCU), EvoWash fines recovery unit and the AquaCycle thickener – has also enabled the company to significantly lower its water consumption. The old plant required 6,000 gpm, but the modular plant only needs 260 gpm to run.
“The quality of equipment design and the strength of its manufacturing are truly remarkable, as is the precision with which the plant fits together. Perhaps most important, the AquaCycle thickener greatly diminishes our freshwater requirements,” said Keith Newell, president of Resolve Aggregates.
