The Independent Equipment Dealers Association (IEDA) announced the addition of three new members to its board of directors. Michael Cole, Cole Equipment, Ada, Okla.; Kiki Brignoni, Heavy Equipment Inventory, San Juan, Puerto Rico; and Mike Pentz, Calvin Group, Loveland, Colo., were inducted into the association’s board of directors during IEDA’s Annual Meeting and Expo in Orlando, Fla.

Outgoing board members include Drew Van Brunt of Global Tractor Co., Colleyville, Texas; Brian Pokrajac of Peps Equipment, San Jacinto, Calif.; and Chris Lohman of South Mountain Tractor, Phoenix, Ariz.

Luke Brenner of Heavy Equipment Co. located in Austin, Texas, was promoted to vice president of the IEDA.

“IEDA board members consist of highly recommended individuals, recruited by previous board members with the insight of a fresh perspective progressing the group and its members forward,” said Kristen Williams, IEDA’s executive director. “We appreciate the time and contributions from our outgoing president and board members. They have done a wonderful job serving the independent used equipment industry. Under their leadership, the association has experienced a lot of success, and we are confident our new newest board members will continue to propel the association forward.”

Members of the IEDA board of directors serve a minimum of two consecutive years and are responsible for establishing industry best-practices and quality used equipment standards. Retiring board members were presented with the IEDA Leadership Award, which is given to outgoing board members annually for their contribution to the organization.
