The Rogers Group Inc. (RGI) board of directors announced the recent election of Diana M. Peninger to its board. Peninger is an operations-oriented executive with more than 30 years of experience, mostly with Celanese Corp. – her most recent role being vice president with responsibility for its $2.3 billion Acetyl Intermediaries portfolio of businesses.
RGI Chairman Ben L. Rechter said, “We are thrilled to have Diana on Rogers Group’s team. Diana’s strong operations and leadership experience will be a wonderful asset to Rogers Group board and management team.”
Rogers Group Inc. is a 109-year-old construction products company with annual sales that exceed $750 million, according to the company.
