Athabasca Minerals Inc. appointed Chris Greenwood to the position of vice president, operations. Greenwood will be responsible for the continuing development of the aggregate business in the Wood Buffalo region, expanding the corporation’s market share throughout Western Canada, and complimenting the increased focus on potential infrastructure related projects for Athabasca industrial minerals. President and CEO Scott MacDougall states, “We are extremely pleased to have Chris join our management team to continue our leadership in the delivery of industrial minerals in Alberta. His strong construction background in both aggregate sales, railing aggregates and large project commissioning will assist Athabasca’s growth. Chris will be instrumental in complementing our existing management team to meet current and future demand.”
