KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens Hold Dealer Event

KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens hosted its annual National Dealer Conference Sept. 21-23, at the Kolberg-Pioneer Inc. manufacturing facility in Yankton, S.D.

“We have 65 authorized North American dealers at this event,” said Michelle Cwach, media relations manager, KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens. “We are also showing a number of new and updated pieces of equipment.”

Each year, KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens launches new products and sales tools for its dealers during the National Dealer Conference. This year, the company launched:

  • The 2056 Vanguard Jaw Crusher.
  • GT104 track-mounted screening plant.
  • GT205 track-mounted multi-frequency screening plant.
  • 6204QF screen.
  • Portable K300/6203CC crushing and screening plant.
  • SuperStacker with improved Wizard Touch automation system and Track Tugger.
  • Portable hopper feeder.
  • FT4250 with tow-behind conveyor.
  • GT125 track-mounted jaw crusher.

The company also launched its new S-Series parts line, an exclusive, extremely competitively-priced brand of cone liners and jaw dies developed by Astec Industries foundry experts who specialize in metallurgy and manufacturing engineering.

In addition to its new product launches, KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens also introduced a number of new tools for its dealers, including a new website, product animations, IronRule standard flow tool and sales literature, according to Marketing Manager Melinda Schweitzer.

“We provide our dealers with the tools they need to tap into new and existing markets with our comprehensive line of industry-leading products,” Schweitzer said. “These valuable new digital, online and print resources allow our dealers to have the latest information at their fingertips, which helps them connect with their customers in an engaging and interactive manner.”

In addition to the educational sessions on KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens’ latest innovations, 12 dealers were also recognized for their sales excellence during the annual NDC awards dinner. Dealer and industry media, including Mark Kuhar, editor of Rock Products, also attended an equipment expo at Kolberg-Pioneer Inc. with 11 pieces of equipment on display.
