JWS Corp.'s Apex loadout system has a ticketing module to open and close single or multiple overhead silo spouts for loading asphalt, aggregate or cement into trucks or railcars. This module includes Apex loudout and ticketing software and JWS loadout control panel. It can be installed at new plants or retrofitted. Multiple ticket screens can be displayed, and the standard scale screen can track incoming mix components for inventory. Target drop weights can be edited manually. The bin and silo inventory helps maintain material levels. The PLC control panel controls loading for overhead silos over platform scales, weight hopper silos or negative weigh silos. Gate controls and devices are wired to the appropriate output and input relays of its Allen Bradley PLC. JWS Corp.
