Lovejoy says its painted S-Flex flange protects against rust, salt spray and other chemicals. It is interchangeable with parts produced by other manufacturers, commonly electric motor/pump combinations. S-Flex flanges come in five models made from zinc die-cast iron. Sizes range from 3/8 to 5 in. They are typically matched with EPDM rubber, neoprene or Hytrel sleeves.
