Eriez’ VMC electromagnetic conveyor/metal detectors screen for metal contaminants in conveyed material. It includes a VC Metalarm Detector in a 3-ft section of the conveyor’s trough. When metal is detected, the conveyor can be stopped or a reject gate activated. Tray sizes range from 18 to 48 in. wide and 5 to 20 ft long.
