CNH Global, parent company of Case and New Holland, has appointed Steven Bierman as interim CFO effective June 23.Bierman also will retain his position as president of CNH Capital. His appointment follows the resignation of Rubin McDougal.

Bierman joined CNH in 2005 as vice president of commercial finance for CNH Capital. Prior to CNH, Bierman was COO and president of Fremont Financial Corp. and earlier in his career he held a variety of positions at General Electric Capital Corp.
