PacWest Machinery to Open New Spokane Facility in 2019

DN042518 PacWestPacWest Machinery announced the purchase of land in Spokane, Wash., for the construction of a new dealership facility. Beginning in the second quarter of 2019, customers in eastern Washington and northern Idaho will be supported and serviced from the new facility at 3515 North Sullivan Road, just minutes away from the company’s current location.

The new building will be more than 30,000 sq. ft. and sit on approximately nine acres. It will include a 14-bay service center designed to accommodate a full range of equipment. There will be an expanded parts warehouse, modern showroom and state-of-the-art service capabilities. The larger facility will enable the company to stock more equipment, as well as host demonstrations and training.

“PacWest continues to make key investments to meet the needs of our customers,” said Jolene Logue, president of PacWest Machinery. “Delivering responsive service requires that we provide our employees the facilities, tools and training to perform at their best.” Scott Upton, the Spokane branch manager for PacWest Machinery, added, “With this larger and more efficient facility, our team will deliver even higher levels of service excellence.”

PacWest Machinery is responsible for sales, rental and aftermarket support in the Pacific Northwest for the full line of Volvo Construction Equipment’s general production, road machinery and compact equipment.
