Aggregates producer Pennsy Supply Inc. opened a new, state-of-the-art Gencor 400 tph Drum Mix Asphalt Plant in Lebanon, Pa. Two years in the making, the new plant’s major goal was to increase the asphalt production rate without jeopardizing quality.
