Granite Construction Wins Environmental Award

The National Stone, Sand and Gravel Association (NSSGA) honored Granite Construction Co.’s Indio, Calif., hot mix asphalt and aggregate plant as one of its six Gold Award Environmental Excellence winners. Additional winners included operations in Powhatan, Va.; Dupont, Wash.; Willard, Mo.; Huntsville, Ala.; and Tuscumbia, Ala.
