Hazemag

The new Hazemag HSI series has been designed for economic secondary crushing and, depending on its configurations, processing of either soft and medium-hard or hard rocks. It is a modular system with the objective of fulfilling every scope of work in secondary crushing circuit. The machine’s fittings as well as its control may be modularly adapted to the individual requirements and wishes of its operators – even up to a fully automatic mode. Depending on the properties of the feed material, the crushing ratio and the desired requirements on the product grain size, feed sizes of up to 450 mm and throughput rates of 700 tph max are possible. Due to the hydraulic suspension of the impact aprons, not only a simple and fast adjustment of the opening widths is guaranteed, but also an overload protection. Superior offers the Liberty jaw crusher. Functioning as a primary crusher, the unit compresses material in stone, concrete, asphalt and ore applications. Roll crushers are simple in design and construction, long lasting, economical and versatile, according to Williams Crusher.
