John Deere Excavator Meets Stricter Emission Standards

PTP JD 150The John Deere 210G LC excavator is the latest addition to the evolving G-Series lineup. The updated construction-class model is equipped with a Final Tier 4 engine and meets the strictest emission standards. Built to benefit those working in the underground, road building, energy, commercial building and pipeline industries, the 210G LC provides customers with higher productivity, increasing reliability and lowering daily operating costs.

CASE Launches New Excavators

PTP CASE 150CASE Construction Equipment introduced five new crawler excavators to the construction trade press at a special event at its Tomahawk, Wis., test facility: the CX210D, the CX250D, the CX250D Long Reach (LR), the CX300D and the CX350D. These new models are designed to provide significant operational gains, including cycle times up to 12 percent faster, improved responsiveness and multifunctional control, and up to 14 percent greater fuel efficiency. Breakout forces are increased by as much as 6 percent. Productivity testing during research and development showed that certain models in the D Series could fill more than 9,500 additional trucks per year based on cycle time increases alone.
