Keith named president of Siemens' Drive Technologies Division

SiemensLogo200x47May 20, 2011 – Siemens Industry Inc. announced that Doug Keith was named president of its Drive Technologies Division, effective immediately. He joins the organization from Siemens Energy, where he served as vice president of the Power Distribution Medium Voltage Business Unit since 2005. Keith will be based in Alpharetta, Ga., and will succeed Anne Cooney, who accepted a new position as COO of Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics in Tarrytown, N.Y. Keith brings more than 20 years of engineering and industrial expertise to the Drive Technologies Division.  "We're confident that under his leadership the division will continue to expand its innovative motor and drive solutions to meet our customer's needs for increased productivity, energy efficiency, smart infrastructure and quality customer service," said Daryl Dulaney, president and CEO of Siemens Industry, Inc.

Eriez Promotes Saccamozzone to Project Manager-Heavy Industry

SaccamozzoneMay 16, 2011 – Eriez promoted Tom Saccamozzone to project manager-heavy industry. Saccamozzone joined Eriez in October 2000 as a technical sales representative. Saccamozzone will continue to report to Dan Norrgran, heavy industry market manager. “In the past several years, Tom has been instrumental in the Heavy Industry Division," Norrgran said. "He has taken on various projects pertaining to processing and equipment systems and has had key involvement in the sales, installation and operation of these systems. This promotion is well-deserved.” According to Eriez, Saccamozzone’s expanded responsibilities will now include projects specifically related to the aggregate and foundry markets, as well as engineering companies. “Tom’s experience and knowledge with large vibratory feeders will help target the growth of these products in key markets,”  said Charlie Ingram, vice president of sales and marketing. “Despite the difficult economic climate, we are experiencing major growth here at Eriez, particularly in the Heavy Industry markets.
