Chaney Enterprises hired Wyatt Wiggins as sales and business development manager. In this role, Wiggins is responsible for maintaining and expanding Chaney Enterprises’ customer base and markets by leading and training the sales and business development team in collaboration with the marketing, customer service, operations and technical services teams.
He will influence the overall strategy of the sales and business development team and collaborate with the team to identify strategies to set and achieve goals and uncover new opportunities. Wiggins will report to Chaney’s chief operating officer.
Wiggins joins Chaney Enterprises from United Rentals where he worked as territory manager. In this role he supervised market conditions, product innovations and adjusted the company’s sales approach, resulting in increased market share, revenue, and customers.
Wiggins began his career at United Rentals as a senior sales coordinator more than a decade ago and was promoted to operations manager before serving in his former role. Throughout his time there, Wiggins worked closely with company executives. His efforts led to improved accuracy and efficiency of operations, development and sharing of best practices across the company, and enhanced communications between departments, customers and vendors.

A resident of Wicomico County, Md., Wiggins earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Salisbury University and is an active member of the Delaware and Chesapeake Shores chapters of Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC).
