Responding to a Suspected Opioid Overdose
Drug overdoses in the workplace can be better understood via a study recently published by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), particularly as drug-overdose fatalities increase across the country. The study, published online in the journal Injury Prevention, describes drug overdose deaths of workers occurring in U.S. workplaces between 2011-2016.
