June 5, 2019 – Lindsey Aggregates, based in New York state, opened its doors today to showcase its new multi-million-dollar integrated sand washing system, designed and installed by full-service EPC company CDE. Rock Products is on-hand for the event.
To increase product portfolio and open new business opportunities from its Red School House site, the family-run producer of alluvial sand and gravel, which are marketed across the United States, commissioned CDE to install a system that would expand outputs to include C33 spec and mason sand, as well as multiple washed aggregates, helping to extract extra value from the current process.
The new CDE washing plant allows for highly efficient sand recovery, customized integration with the existing crushing plant, and an expanded product portfolio of quality sand and aggregates produced simultaneously and ready for market straight from the belts.
