Available from 5 to 400 hp in bases speed of 900, 1200 and 1800 rpm, the entire product line is available from stock and meets current NEMA Premium Efficiency energy standards. When efficiency is not the main concern, motors 100 hp and below are rated for 1.25 Service Factor (SF) providing aggressive overload parameters when needed, while motors above 100 hp are rated for 1.15 SF. Built for the demands of the aggregate industry, Baldor-Reliance crusher duty motors are rated IP55, with severe-duty features to keep moisture and contamination out.
Flexibility and ease of use are optimized for drop in replacement on all frame sizes. 30 horsepower and below utilize oversized ball bearings for belted or coupled loads. 40 horsepower and above are available in roller or ball bearings designs. Motors with roller bearings as standard are field changeable to ball bearings and suitable for across the line starting or inverter duty.
