Tyalta Industries – the exclusive dealer for McCloskey International in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, Canada – recently restored a customer’s 514 McCloskey Trommel.
Despite the trommel being so damaged that it was considered a write-off, the Tyalta team went to work to see if they could bring it back to life. At almost 20 years old, repairing the trommel could challenge even the most well-stocked parts warehouse. However, within four months the Tyalta team had returned the trommel to peak performance.
“It’s a McCloskey, it should be good for at least another 20 years,” said Craig Kergen, Tyalta’s president.
