Model 65B feeds up to 180 tons (162 mt) per hour, Model 75B feeds up to 350 tons (315 mt) per hour and Model 85B feeds up to 420 tons (378 mt) per hour. The full line also includes Model 62B for feeding up to 135 tons (121 mt) per hour, Model 58B for feeding up to 80 tons (72 mt) per hour, Model 70B for feeding up to 275 tons (247 mt) per hour, Model 98B for feeding up to 550 tons (495 mt) per hour, Model 105B for feeding up to 700 tons (630 mt) per hour, and Model 115B for feeding up to 850 tons (765 mt) per hour.
In addition to a wide variety of standard trays, Eriez can design specialized trays for Heavy Duty Electromagnetic Vibratory Feeders with screens, grizzlies, dust covers, abrasion-resistant liners, heated liners and more to meet customers’ specific application needs.
Feeders can be wired to any AC line and do not require a control to operate. For precise, instantaneous feed adjustment, frequent cycling of feeder or automated operation, Eriez offers rugged solid-state controls. Controls come standard in NEMA 12 enclosures for dusty environments, with other enclosures available.
