Precision Pulley and Idler (PPI) has acquired Clark Ingenieria Y Desarrollo S.A. (Clark) a Chilean-based conveyor-component manufacturer. Located in Santiago, Chile, Clark has developed an outstanding reputation of producing high-performance conveyor components combined with exceptional customer service.
Clark provides a complete line of conveyor idlers and currently has a facility expansion underway to manufacturer an extensive line of conveyor pulleys. With full production capabilities, engineering staff and customer service located in Chile, PPI and Clark are positioned to make a strong presence together to better serve the South American bulk-material-handling industry.
The integration process between both companies will be happening over the next few months. Throughout the integration process, it is PPI’s and Clark’s goal to continue to provide the highest quality conveyor components and unparalleled customer service, the companies said.
