KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens hosted 70 authorized North American dealers at its annual National Dealer Conference, held Sept. 15-17 at The Curtis Hotel in Denver. Rock Products Editor Mark Kuhar was the only aggregates industry magazine chief editor to attend the event.
Each year, KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens launches new products and sales tools for its dealers during its National Dealer Conference. This year, KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens launched four new pieces of equipment, including three new additions to its Global Track product line – a track-mounted GT440 horizontal shaft impact crushing plant, a track-mounted GT200 cone crushing plant and a track-mounted GT206 inclined screening plant – as well as a new Fast Trax FT400DF cone crushing plant.
The Global Track product line features quarry-duty, time-proven components and was developed to be the perfect rental tool and ideal for operations in remote locations. KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens is a premiere heavy equipment manufacturer for the aggregate, recycling and construction industries.
In addition to its new product launches, KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens also introduced a number of new tools for its dealers, including a new online parts catalog, online service training courses, a digital standard flow tool and an online dealer quote tool. These tools will be available to authorized dealers in 2015, according to Melinda Schweitzer, marketing manager for KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens.
“We believe these new tools will provide our domestic and international dealers with the resources they need to tap into new and existing markets with our innovative products,” Schweitzer said. “These valuable new digital and online resources will allow our dealers to have the latest information at their fingertips, which will help them serve their customers effectively and in an engaging and interactive manner.”

In addition to the educational sessions on KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens’ latest innovations, dealers were recognized for their sales excellence during the annual NDC awards dinner. Dealers and industry media also attended an equipment expo at Sports Authority Field at Mile High Stadium with four pieces of new equipment on display.
