Grand Slam Impact Crushers reduce materials including asphalt, limestone, and gravel from 20-1600 tph capacities with reduction ratios up to 30:1 and feed sizes up to 16 in.
Most state aglime specifications can be met in one pass with Stedman’s field proven 4-Row Cage Mill with capacities ranging from 5 to 90 tph. Consistent product quality is delivered with very little change in product throughout the life of the wear components, even with high moisture feed. Clogging, jamming and plugging are eliminated.
The H Series Cage Mill is available for selective crushing in 2-4 or 6-row design and in four sizes up to 300 tph. Optional air cannons and heaters are available for wet, sticky materials.
The V-Slam Vertical Shaft Impactor offers a size reduction ratio up to 15:1 with speeds over 12,500 ft./min. and a capacity range from 5 to 500 tph. Typical asphalt and aggregate applications include limestone, sand and gravel.
The V-Slam options include a patented tubular rotor which is reversible and retrofittable and offer “tighter” particle size distribution, lower wear costs and higher tip speed for a finer overall grind.
